Above The Beyond Partnership Closing Soon

Barre, Massachusetts - March 10, 2011 - Prime Equine would like to announce that the Above The Beyond partnership will be closing at the end of the month. Sales of shares in this partnership have been brisk since the beginning of the year. And, with Suffolk Downs and the New England HBPA coming to a contract resolution which will have the 2011 and 2012 daily purse distribution at $110,000, our partnerships featuring Massachusetts breds are more lucrative than ever.

In addition, thirteen mayors and leaders from across the commonwealth of Massachusetts sent letters to Governor Patrick, Senate President Murray, and Speaker DeLeo asking them to come to a consensus and take action on the recently filed expanded gaming bills. Legislative leaders anticipate that these bills will be brought forth sometime in April. Suffolk Downs has been extremely outspoken about expanded gaming and their intention to spare no expense in obtaining a casino license once the bill has been signed into law. This will mean increased daily purses at the track along with increases in the Massachusetts state bred program.
