Barre, Massachusetts - March 10, 2011 - Prime Equine is proud to introduce our latest partnership offering.
Our READ THE FOOTNOTES FILLY, nicknamed "ZENA", was born on April 24th, 2010 and is the first Pennsylvania bred foal to be offered by the Prime Equine partnership. We are expanding our offerings to Pennsylvania breds because Pennsylvania's Breeding Fund Program distributes more money, on a per foal basis, than nearly every other state-bred program in operation, with over $16 million distributed in 2009 alone. Lucrative stakes races restricted to Pennsylvania breds are regularly offered through out the year at PARX Racing (formerly Philadelphia Park), Penn National, and Presque Isle Downs. In addition, expanded gaming has tripled the purse structure at all thoroughbred tracks in the state. As an owner of a Pennsylvania bred foal, the partnership will earn an additional 40% of the earned share of the purse when this filly races at a Pennsylvania track.
By READ THE FOOTNOTES who, with just three crops of racing age, has already sired the grade one winning filly Rightly So and has progeny earnings of over $3 million. Her dam is Weatheringthestorm, a winner of eleven races during her career and a half sister to Cloudy's Knight, Canadian Champion, grade one winner and earner of over $2.5 million. Her tail female family traces to the blue hen mares Grass Shack, third dam of Canadian and US Champion Deputy Minister, and Parade Girl, third dam of Exclusive Native, who is the sire of Triple Crown winner Affirmed.
Prime Equine's unique "No Maintenance Fee Share" provides investors with the opportunity to buy into this filly prior to her two year old birthday at a reduced rate, while having the security of knowing that all maintenance fees are paid for until January 1st, 2012. Initial investors (those that buy in prior to January 1st, 2011) will have the opportunity to resell their shares at a significant profit after this date. And, as always, we guarantee your investment.
Our READ THE FOOTNOTES FILLY is currently 50% sold. If you are interested in joining this partnership, please contact me.
Thank you,
Renee Doyle
